My club has been unable to print the meeting agenda for quite a few weeks now- we've tried different browsers, checking & unchecking boxes in the meeting agenda settings. Our agendas to print just look like the attached screenshot. How can we fix it? We must have done something to get it so mangled, but we have no idea what.

You unchecked the check boxes for "This role should appear on the printed agenda" for each of the roles in the agenda.

That will do it. ;)

Thanks. Do you know how this could have happened? Like, is it when someone updates our agendas to add newer dates? I was able to update this next meeting's agenda, but that did not apply to the next week or beyond. Does that mean that the template we are using needs to be updated, so that, moving forward, all new meeting agendas allow us to print what we want? (Sorry, I have never touched the templates until today, so am still confused).

I have not looked at any of your templates or past agendas. I would suggest that you review them to see that the check boxes are set correctly. If you are producing an agenda from a template or past agenda and the check boxes are not set correctly in what you copied from, then you could certainly have problems.
