To set the weekly club meeting on the calendar I gathered through searching these forums that it's done using the agenda system.

I created a new agenda template. I don't see a way to create an actual agenda.

The documentation for creating a new agenda states to click on the + then select a date.

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/creating-a-new-agenda

I have not yet found anything in the agenda that allows setting a date. Either the site is missing something, or I am.

I am logged into the site as admin while doing this. I attached a screencap.

Thanks for your help!

Your agenda menu item is hidden. The setting is on the appearance tab of the admin console: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/appearance

Once you have that visible you should be able to follow the instructions to create a dated agenda from your template

Perfect, thank you Pam!
Our club doesn't use the site agenda function but I would like to show the weekly meetings on the calendar for site visitors.
I added Feb 26th already. Before I begin populating the subsequent weeks; Can an agenda be set to repeat like a regular calendar entry?

Only the Agenda function creates the Blue meeting entries to the calendar.

The site admin can enter dates and times in the Calendar and click the weekly button then create.
