Ok, I confirmed that there is a problem. It appears that the dates you entered for last meeting and onorbefore are in a date format that cannot be read by the new code.

I will have to fix this later this evening. bz now

Hi Brian

At the moment, hitting reload closes the admin console. Opening the console and selecting the Dues tool asks to reload it again. Choosing yes, closes the console, choosing no leaves the tool blank.

Hi Steve

I changed the ONORBEFORE to 22-03-2018, the Invoice preview shows the right date, but when the invoice is sent the date is different. The ones from out club show the Due Date as 24-09-2017

*** There has been a lot of cross-talk here. Whenever you post in a topic like this, you need to specifically say I am also having the "problem xyz" (state the problem you are having) instead of just saying I am having "the same problem"...

Do not assume that we know which "same problem" you are referring to. We read a lot of posts and even within the same topic people sometimes think they are referring to "the same problem" when they really are not. In other words, you may understand exactly what you are referring to, but do not assume that we do. :whistle: We are not dense, but we do insist on clear, specific communication for the sake of an expedient resolution to problems.

In any case, I loaded the Dues module with the test code copy and with the "production" (released) code copy without seeing any issues other than the date format being different for the the email vs the invoice preview (I will fix that). My intention is that the "long" date format that your club admins has specified in the Website Settings->Basic Settings module is what is used for the Dues Tool. The email and invoice are basically long narrative pieces of text where the dates are inserted, so the long date format makes sense there.

I use Chrome for my browser--I am not seeing issues in it. Few of you have provide many specific details such as your browser... We always need specifics.

I believe the date format discrepancy is now resolved, also. Dates in the Dues Tools should be using the long date format selected by the club website admin.
