I know they were there before! All duty sheets are still listed, shown as pdf, but when I click, it opens as a picture and I see nothing! They were put in under "Downloads" & just under "Duty Role Sheets" as a separate page, but can't see anything! I'd like a simple way to put them in and perhaps just from my documents directly into the site. Thank you.

Are you logged in as a member and clicking on the links in your Duty Role Sheets page?

I can see the documents when logged on as a member. The way the download option will show varies by browser. I'm using MS Edge and have to open from a popup at the bottom of my screen. Perhaps try a different browser or close your browser and open again. You might need to clear your cache. The documents aren't locked (private) so anyone can also download them from your public downloads page too.

Thank you. Yes, I logged on as site admin and later as a member. I use Internet Explorer as browser and when file is "fetching the pdf" it shows as a picture (I think) and don't see anything to open!. Don't know what clear my cache means. Did you try to get into our site and you saw the duties? Where? Public Downloads or Duty Sheets? Thanks again.

Okay now Pam, I just signed on with Google instead of I.E. and was able to see the documents under Duty Sheets! Great! Don't understand why I can't see with I.E. as I believe I did this before, but there's so much I don't understand. Thanks!

You should see a download notification popup on IE at the bottom of your screen. See the attached image for what I see using IE. This is from your downloads page, but it should be similar from your Duty Sheets page
