We had a member send an email with the intent to reach a singe member but all club members received the message. The email address was accessed through private member directory and showed an individual email address. I've tested on all officers email address (personal and TM addresses) and same response is noted. What setting may be affecting this?

The issue is with the sender email client not FTH.
Have them check their email client for what email address they are sending to when they put the name in the To: field

This is a known problem with email clients such as Gmail.

iamaspeaker23: Can you please report exactly what steps you took to reproduce this?

The error was first identified when a member entered the private member directory to contact a specific member. The email address listed was a personal email address. When selecting the email address, he realized that the response also came to him (and all club membership). To duplicate the error, I sent messages to each officer listed in our private member directory. I also tested the TM email addresses to determine if they were affected. The group address (officers, former members, guests) do not have the same response. Only individual member email addresses.
