Re club no. 5316066

We have the system set up to notify the VP Ed of confirmations, sign-ups and removals from meeting roles.

I'm VP Ed and last week I was Toastmaster for the meeting of 5 June (NZ time) as well (in case that's relevant). Although people confirmed and removed themselves from roles in the usual way, I received no notifications.

Jane, I think you know how to check the email logs... I suggest that you start there.

Jane: I can see a lot of emails being sent to your email address and they are all queued. You might want to check your spam box.

I can see 3 role change notifications from your club to you last week

They aren't in my spam box. I've checked my email client and also the webmail platform. My settings are for spam to be marked but still sent to me.

Should I ask my email co. what it's about?

Pull the log records as that will give the details to search on.

I sent out another agenda a couple of hours ago and I've had a response notification already. Seems to be working again, in other words.

Consider it solved. If it happens again, I'll follow up with the email host.
