Hello Everyone,

I guess to create multiple agenda's is not that bad but my president and I are trying to figure out a way that our members can see all of the agenda's and be able to sign up for rolls.

Lots of options available:
The member can go to agendas and sign up for roles on the current agenda, then click the next required agenda date from the drop down and sign up for roles on those dates

OR
Member can go to the calendar, click on the agenda for each required date in turn and sign up for roles. Note, the member will have to be logged in to the website for the agenda to open from the links on the calendar

OR
You can print out the Multiple Meeting Sign up sheet for any number of forward meetings for which agendas have been created. Ask members to volunteer for roles and sign up (on the paper sheet) at a meeting. You will then have to assign them on the appropriate agendas.

Let me give you something to think about...

My club is very successful... we have been President's Distinguished every year for the last 10 years in a row.

What we have found is that it is beneficial to enable members that show up at meetings to get the first shot at signing up for roles. Because of this, we only create as many agendas as will fit on the the Meeting Sign-up sheet, and we print that sheet to bring it to meetings to give those members priority for new roles. This encourages meeting attendance, which is something we want.

In the past, when we created a lot of agendas and allowed people to sign up far into the future, frequently people would forget about those roles and/or drop them at the last minute.
