Hello Support...
In July we have two guests attending our meeting. Each will be filling a role (Speaker and Evaluator).
I do want to add them to the Speaker and Evaluator slots on the agenda. I just want to fill in the agenda slots with the name GUEST.
Prior to the changes I could do that. But now, since there is no email address associated with GUEST, the system does not allow me to.
What do you suggest as a work around?
Note ... Perhaps there is already a solution that I didn't see in the forums. Other clubs must have guest speakers who attend their meetings. How do they add their guest's name in the respective agenda slot?
Thank you
Jeffrey

Oops ... I see the following on my end Jeffrey Doucet Steeltown Toastmasters Club 755 greyed below the note. I'll be sure to paste that in the future above the note.

Also... I did add Guest Evaluator and Guest Speaker in the members. Per new system a line went through each. Then, because I am Administrator, I received a notice saying about the names being added. I clicked the link approving them and now the tow names (Guest Speaker and Guest Evaluator) are there.

Looks like that is the workaround for now.
I am still keen to learn how other Clubs handle penciling in guests on the agenda template
I'm good for now.
