This is the response from riseup's support team :

It's not clear to me what is happening in the logs. Are they from toastmastersclubs.org? Does "SUCCESS" indicate their server was able to deliver a message to riseup successfully? When a message is successfully handed off to riseup, our server will give the remote end a queue id for that message which can help track things down if something goes wrong. Do they log those ids? On our end we only keep about 24 hours of logs, so our window for tracking things down is pretty small.

Is there something you can do to trigger a message being sent and then let us know right away and we can check the logs to see where it's getting stuck?

wow - I just replied to this to provide more info but for whatever reason that disappeared!
ok - so I will ask Mary about sending an Agenda email - in the meanwhile - please let me know if there's anything else I can do or info I can send over to the support team at Riseup.
