Very cool, I like it. I did notice that while I was listed (as site admin) to contact with questions, I saw no indication as to HOW to do that. Perhaps by using the CC button on the original email they were sent? Don't know as that wasn't shown in my copy. Just saying that the recipient might find it confusing that there's no obvious way to actually make that contact (again, at least none that I could see).

As you are adding people who were at your club, they already know how to contact.

You are not supposed to be adding people who have not been to your club.

Brian, forgive me if I'm wrong, but your reply seems to infer that I/we add people to the guest list that have not been visitors. This is not so. Our club (and any club) can have visitors whose original contact was not with "the site Admin" (in this case me), or who could have heard of the club from someone else and thus would have no idea who "I" am. Indeed this could also be the case if I wasn't at the visited meeting.
