Hello. I have tried to add new members to our club site using Quick Add but they are crossed off in FTH. I've never had this problem before. Help ...

They don't have valid email addresses so no way did they opt-in, no opt-in no access to FTH.
Toastmasters no requires all members to have an email address so they can participate in Pathways.

Carolyn is in there twice with different spelling of her name pick one.

I deleted the duplicate listing for Carolyn. She is in there with an email address. Chenchen said he opted in and I've resent him an opt-in request.
How can I fix Carolyn since her email address is in there?

Resend the opt-in email to both of them when they have valid email addresses. select and see pulldown at top of membership list.
Chenchen could not have opted in as he does not have a valid email address.
