Hi,

I'm embarrassed to ask this, because I'm guessing I'm missing something obvious, but I was unable to find the answer in the search, nor can I figure it out.

My club has an upcoming offsite dinner meeting. I want to remove the regular calendar entry for our weekly meeting, and replace it with a special event. I was able to add the special event, but I can't figure out how to delete the regular meeting. We get a lot of guests, and I want to make sure they don't show up at our regular place and time.

It appears to be connected to the agenda. How do I delete this regular meeting, without impacting the agenda?

Thanks.

Kevin

Meeting entries in the calendar are tied to the corresponding meeting agenda. If you delete the meeting agenda, the calendar entry gets deleted. If you change the date of the meeting agenda (via the edit button) and click Save, the corresponding calendar entry should also get moved.
