A new member joined our club just last week our club No. 3065 in Western Australia. He claims to have Opt in but is still crossed out? with the message that he will be deleted in a few days? This person was contacted again to re opt in which he did, but is still locked out. What do we do?:? As we have never encountered this problem before now.
We operated a Free ToastHost web site page ..Can you help?

You did not provide your club number and atleast the members first name. We cannot help without those 2 pieces of information.
Also how many times have you resent 5he opt-in email?

Apologies for my mistake, Name of member is Matthew Telder and the Toastmasters club Number is 3065 District 17. Matthew was in our prospect Member list when I first noticed that he had been crossed out. Once he joined he claimed that he entered the opt in option. Our VPM asked Matthew to re opt in which apparently was done. Then when nothing happened we reissued the opt in email but as yet nothing is happening. Is there a alternate method we can use? Does this mean we can not enter his name into club roles or is it that he will not receive and emails.

1) you can't move the member out of the Prospects until they opt-in.
2) I have resent the opt-in email, I do not see any other re-sends of the opt-in email in the logs.
3) Please contact the member and have them click the link in the opt-in email.

Thank you,
