The problem with our website is that either in internet explorer, google chrome on in mozilla firefox the website is not working and it says this following message given in the picture that if the cookies problem is solved the website will run well or the website cannot be live in a normal state.

What kind of settings can i change in the website or on my computer?

Im using windows 10 now. And the internet explorer version is attached as a screenshot it says version 11.
