0595443 Douglas Elliman. My VP of membership is having difficulty accessing the website.

I am unable to log in to that site as it says i have the wrong password which I do not and then when i hit on "forgot password" it says I have the wrong email address. I did notice that another person had the same problem --could not add new members and when he tried, they would be added but crossed out--.It will not let me acces the responses because i have to log in which i cannot. I did go back to the DE toastmaster website which accepted my user name and password as a site administrator. However it did not give me the option of member management. When I logged in as member, i was able to access member management. I then went back to the original website you gave me but I could not use my member information to log in

There was a system problem earlier today, but that has been resolved.

The cross outs are not a bug... they are an indication of members added that have not opted-in to the system. This is a new requirement that is the result of new privacy laws. Please review the following topic thread on this:
