One of our new members has not been able to opt in to the site. When she goes in to authorize, she is not getting the 2nd email that is supposed to be triggered from that point.
I believe it's at this step:
"When you first visit the site, you are not recognised. You need to tell the website who you are so it knows to grant you member access. To do this, you need to first authenticate. To authenticate means to log in without a password. But since some level of security needs to be present, we send you an e-mail to your address on file, and once you click the link in the e-mail, you confirm your identity. At that time, you will be taken back to the website where you can set your custom password."

Kim has not yet opted-in as evidence by your Membership Management information. Let's be clear, she will not be able to do *anything* with the website until she clicks the Agree link in the opt-in email that the system sent to her when she was added in Membership Management.. Trying to go to the website and get a password is *not* opting in and will not work for her until she clicks the link in the opt-in email.

If she cannot locate the opt-in email, you can resend her one from Membership Management... look on the Membership Management Tools menu at the center top of the module... find the Re-send Opt-in Emails and use that tool resend her the email if needed.
