Have a member that has not signed in for over 500 days and needs to get back into the website. I updated his email address and he is receiving the password reset email. However, he cannot update his password. I have attached the printscreen of the error he receives. I see several similar errors in the forum but I cannot find one the resolves the situation we are facing.

Can you help?

If you do multiple password resets, each received email will have a different link in it... You must use the most recent email containing a link.

I have just checked and verified that the function is working as intended.
