Hi there,
I'm writing in on behalf of one of our members who is having trouble logging in. Because she can't seem to "set" her password, she has to reset it each time she wants to log in. And when she "resets" her password, and tries to log in with that, she gets this error message:
Software error:

Undefined subroutine &main::GetCookieStatus called at /var/www/cgi-bin/FTH_serve.pl line 87.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

Here is the time and date of this error message. 7/16/18 10:30 pm

I've attached a screenshot of the error message that comes up when Catherine tries to log in with her newly set password. She then returns to the cycle of resetting her password, and when she does that, she is able to get in for that one session only.

So far, Catherine Lengronne is the only member who has this problem logging in. I don't have a problem logging in, and I've helped several other members who were resetting their passwords each time they logged in. As far as I can see, she's doing everything correctly, so I'm hoping you can help.

I worked with her yesterday on my computer and on her cell phone, accepted cookies, reset passwords - but nothing seemed to work. It looks like on the Forum there are similar cases, but the topics are all closed so I have been directed to open a new topic, not piggyback. Thanks much.

You posted another post on this earlier and Brian responded... Please don't just keep repeatedly posting about the same thing. We do respond, often quicker than people expect.

The error message that you are pointing to was fixed already and has nothing to do with your member's log in issue.
2 separate issues.

Your member's log in issue more than likely has to do with her cookie settings. If the system cannot set cookies, it will "forget" that she is logged in.

See the following doc for details on cookie settings: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings
