Re-Sent Opt-in Link does not work 6 years 11 months ago #70749

I am the site admin for prospeak.toastmastersclubs.org and entered a new member Dr. Joy Macci 12 days ago. Per new system requirements a link supposeably had been sent to her at that time which she does not remember and has not activated that. Per her request, today I have tried about 10 times requested Re-Sent Opt-in Link to her two emails but she has not gotten any of them. I asked her to check her spam folder which she did, but it is not there too.

Could you please look into this and let me know what the problem is. Also, if you could add her to our membership list on our website, please do it and let me know.
We are going to use Agenda from this website and she needs to be listed as a member that we can assign her a role or speaking slot.

1) always post your club number

2) Dr Joy uses mail servers from a hosting company that has attacked our servers. I hve removed the blocks for now but they can be put back at anytime.

3) You should only add a person once in your members list adding them twice with they are using the same mail server does not improve the chances of them receiving the email.
