The new GDPR regulation make it necessary for all new people added to FTH must opt-in. Please see this explanation.

I realize that you are trying to be spam/privacy compliant, but the opt-in confirmation process is not working - at least for my club - because members either don't get the confirm message or they don't know what to do with it.

As a result, I cannot add them to agendas or send agendas.

It would be very helpful if you could add an opt-in confirm resend function because as stands, I have two members in the Twilight Zone that I cannot do anything with.

Any suggestions?

1) if you don't give me your club number and the first name of people you are having issues with there is nothing I can do.
