hello, below is the message from Marilyn Utz:

Here are the issues: I can login to our San Jose Toastmasters website as Marilyn Utz, but

1. I do NOT receive ANY emails sent to the club.
2. When I try to start a support request, the system does not recognize the user Marilyn Utz, or either of my emails This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
3. I have added toastmasters.org and toastmastersclubs.org as safe recipients in my email (MS Outlook).

I have tried to get the system to send me a new password -- no email received

I logged in as admin and tried to delete my Marilyn Utz account - Forget Me button is greyed out

I would like to delete and re-create my account and hopefully I will receive the needed email.

1) do not delete her account she will loose all her roles information
2) her mail service is not accepting email from our server. She needs to contact her email service with these logs. Also using 2 email addresses on the same email service doesn't help.
