I have our Toastmasters site bookmarked and I keep getting the message "This site can't be reached" when I try to open the site and the server's ip address could not be found. also, "web.officelive.com" is part of web address when I go to the bookmarked page.

Our club recently renewed the domain name registration on Friday September 7th. Does anyone know what I can to do to help figure out how to fix this?

135.toastmastersclubs.org/ is working correctly.

The domain www.sierratoastmasters.org points to an invalid website. Whoever has access to the Domain Registrar needs to correct the settings. The domain may have expired on Updated Date: 2018-09-08

The documentation is here.

I just spoke with tech support through godaddy and they think its web address for the domain forwarding. Somehow it got changed and that we need to verify what the web address for forwarding the domain should be? They didn't see anything wrong with the DNS settings. However, I remember renewing the domain online with our treasurer on friday night. He told me we didn't need to include DNS in the cart and I unclicked it and then paid for the cart, our domain is renewed and will not expire until 2023 . Now I know that DNS is required per information that you forwarded to me. I'm sure because I unclicked DNS when we renewed the domain, that that has something to do with this problem?

Thank you for all your help with this. I am not tech savvy.

Sincerely
Amy

FTH does not support domain forwarding. Please follow the instructions in the documentation for setting up the domain to work with FTH
