I am trying to help the team get me added to the club site. They've tried to add me under two different email addresses and neither seems to be working. I never receive any of the confirmation emails. I've done all of the whitelist steps that y'all recommend and still nothing. I've received emails from ToastHost servers in the past without any issue. Something strange seems to be going on this time. Is it possible their system isn't generating ANY emails? The email addresses they've attempted to use for me are: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

I don't know if there might be a connection, but when I rejoined Toastmasters recently, there was an issue of my original account causing a conflict with my new account. I had used the same email address for both. TMI had to merge my two accounts before it would work properly. Is there any chance something similar is happing with the club site? I was not a member of this club in the past, but I was a member of the CREST club in Austin Texas several years ago.

Any assistance you can provide is most welcome!
mike

I can not see any emails to your gmail address before the one I just send you. Please check your spam box if you don't see it in your inbox.

I see not emails to that hotmail address, maybe they didn't spell it correctly.

Thank you for looking into this. I did get an email on my gmail account. I assume that is your doing? It made it seem like I am now authenticated with the club site. I've emailed the admins so they can confirm this. Based on what you are describing, it sounds like user error is the most likely culprit. I find it unlikely to be a typo, however, since I gave them 2 different addresses and that would really be odd. Maybe there is some button they are not clicking. We'l find out when someone else joins the club, I reckon. Many thanks!
