I have a member who is not able to log into our club website. I’m not sure what happened as he was able to log in, sign up for roles etc. One day it stopped working for him. We have turned off his cookies, he has tried logging on at his regular computer (instead of his tablet) and has had no luck. I even deleted him from the website and then re-entered his name hoping it would work but it did not. Is there anything else we can do to help the member get logged into our club website. I’m afraid we will loose this wonderful member who volunteers for things, gives great speeches and evaluations. However he is very frustrated and I would like to help him out. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Sorry, "him" being my member - Richard Walker
When I had deleted Richard Walker, he was brand new with no history yet. Yes, you are right, I will never delete a member. As far as the other questions you have asked, I do know the error that keeps popping up is asking Richard to turn the cookies blocker off (which we have done). However Richard keeps getting the same error message. I will see Richard Walker tonight at our club meeting and will see if Richard can supply me with the answers and I will then get back to you.
thank you Brian.
