Club 3002 - 3002.toastmastersclubs.org
Quick adds in Membership has stopped working. After adding the required info either one of two things happen. One - the screen goes slightly faded with the round circle going and going and going. After waiting a long time, I cancel and usually I get a msg asking if I want to reconnect to the server. Second: After saving I get the red/pink screen saying I need to correct the data. No matter what I correct or retype I cannot get beyond the pink/red screen.

I did. Still no adds. After adding the circle goes round and round. When I cancelled, no error messages. It returned to screen before Membership. I just tested using both Chrome and MS Edge with the same results.

use the single add at top of the members list.

I used the quick add and it worked as well.

What is the information you are entering into the quick ad, it must have bad characters in it.

Nope. No special characters. I have been adding for a number of years without this new problem. I will try the single add at the top of the members list as you suggested.

Thank you for your help. I never thought to check the Guests lists. That's why you are a great resource. If you got an error message, that's great but I did not get any error messages since starting the thread. Can't explain it. Regardless, I just transferred them to the members list!!! Now I can move forward on my must do Toastmasters list.
