We recently had a member who indicated that she would be absent for a meeting. At the last moment she showed up at the meeting and was assigned the role of Evaluator. After the meeting was over she tried to change her status to Present and was unable to do so. As a result I could not update the Agenda to show that she was an Evaluator. Is there a way to correct her status? This happened in the meeting for 11/5/18.

I am the VPE and when I go to the Agenda in question and try to assign the member to the role her name is grayed out. I believe that this is due to her attendance status which she cannot change. Can I change it and if so how do I do it? I am also the Site Admin.
