I've noticed that on one of my club saved agendas (March 5th), the "*Presiding Officer* Closes Meeting" displays he picture of the Presiding Officer, and on some (i.e. March 19th) the picture is not shown. Why is this? Looking at the particulars for each position on each agenda, I cannot see any difference. There must be something I'm missing...

On another question... I cannot see any way to modify an existing agenda template. I can see how I can save a new template but not how to modify. Now, if I could understand if the method was to create a new one and delete the old one, but I cannot see how to delete an already existing one at all. Nor is there a way to rename templates. Or... am I missing something again?

There is a sitch at the top of the column above the name/pictures to switch back and forth.

Use the admin console/Meeting Agenda Settings select the agenda, modify and save. Changing a template does not change any dated agendas.

Also use the asterisks around repeating roles. The system doesn't recognise that the "Presiding Officer" role is the same as the "Presiding Officer closes meeting" role
