Hello,
I'm from Orleans Raconteurs Club #808, my new member already validated and clicked the AGREED link many days ago but up to now her name is still striked out and I am unable to send her our welcome message or any of our members communications. Is this a glitch in the system? How can we change this so she can have access to our Orleans Raconteurs site? In case you are able to check, the new member name is Susie El Saadany.

Please use the pull down and resend the OPT-IN email. It seems TI also has an OPT-in email and people are getting confused on which one they have clicked.

Check with her after you resent the email.

I just sent her the opt in email.... Please ask her to click on it and accept it... It should work....
