javascript function error when attempting to create a new agenda from an existing template.
First time this has happened, using Windows 10 as always. No problem previously.

It's happening on the template creation side, also. Steps to reproduce error:
  1. Click Meeting Agendas
  2. Select agenda to use as template
  3. Click Edit This Meeting Agenda
  4. Click Agenda Setup tab
  5. Click Save this agenda as an Agenda Template
  6. Select Add New Agenda Template
  7. Type template name in Name... field
  8. Click Save as Agenda Template
  9. Click Save as New Agenda
  10. Click No to Mark this agenda as Reconciled prompt (though it also happens with Yes response)

***DATA TRANSFER ERROR***
JavaScript Function=Make Agenda[makeagenda / Save]
Status=error
Error=Internal Server Error

Also, looking into Meeting Agenda Settings > Agenda Templates reveals that the template was created, but that it is blank (no agenda items).

Also happening (slightly different error) directly in Agenda Templates when making a new template

We are getting this error as well. Was able to add Jan agendas, but experienced the error when adding Feb agenda.

Club 4954048 is having same issue. Cannot create new meeting agendas from an old one or save a new template from an old agenda template.

You can actually still create meeting agendas. You just cannot use templates. You have to add each role.

January 20, still not fixed. I logged in from several clubs and all give the same error. Repeated reloads do not fix the problem.

I am getting this error uploading the meeting minutes.
Also, it is not putting the minutes in the meeting minutes folder, but in the root directory.

I am also still seeing the data transfer error, either on clicking the Edit button on an agenda or on clicking the Save button after the agenda edit window opens. Affecting at least two of my clubs' websites: clubs 1577321 and 6970723.

Attempted solutions:
  • Logged out then back in to the club website.
  • Logged out of club website, cleared browser cache then logged back in.
  • Logged out, cleared browser cache, quit then restarted browser and logged back in.
P.S. This does not seem to be affecting roles I am already signed up for. I was able to confirm a role on one site's agenda and add my speech introduction on another.

Problem still exist for my club.
I reloaded the webpage. Exit the website and log back in and still no change. See screen shot attached.
