I am the secretary and want to add some notes to the past agenda as minutes, including which guest attended, who won the awards, etc. Looks like everything I put in the note will show on a single line. Is there a way to have multiple lines in the notes to make it clearer? I tried with <br> and it worked before the "note disappearing/agenda-cannot-edit" incident.

Just hit a carriage return.

You could just create the minutes in a text file or PDF and upload the file via the new meeting minutes/agenda attachment feature.

That's what I am trying to say. I wrote multiple lines and several "return"s in the input text bot. But after hit "Update Meeting Notes", they are all squeezed into one line.

I guess I can upload files. But I prefer to use note if that's possible.

Another thing I noticed is that if I submit a second note. Instead of showing two notes from me, my second note will actually replace the first one.

1. Meeting notes are not intended for formatted text. They are just simple messages about meetings from one member to another. They are not really intended for or well suited for meeting minutes.

2. You cannot have two separate meeting notes from the same person, since the system would not know which note to load in the text edit box when a person is selected. If you want to append your prior note, then load it and append it.
