Hi. Our FTH site is one day old. I am unable to login as Site Admin (3977462.toastmastersclubs.org/index.cgi?adminlogout) using the login and password I was provided. I could successfully log in yesterday but not today. I'm told my club number and/or password are incorrect.

Additionally, I'm unable to log in as a member and do anything. I type my email address and click Authenticate, but it tells me to select my name from the drop down, but no dropdown appears as I type my email address. I could find nothing while I was able to log in yesterday as Site Admin. Apparently I need to be logged in as a member to manage any of that, but I can't log in as a member. It's all very frustrating.

I also have no idea how to add/invite members once I am in.

Please help. Thank you!

Check your email for a link to get you in. For future reference, just use the forgot your password link in the admin logiin dialog.

Please reference our docs (particularly Membership Management) on adding members.

Thanks for the information, but it doesn't work. I followed the directions in the email but when I tried to log in as Site Admin using the new password I just set up, I'm again told that my club number or password is incorrect. I tried the forget-your-password-link-twice after that and I'm still not able to get in for the same reason. I assume club number is JUST my club number, so that's what I'm using there. The password I'm using is the password I just changed using the Launch Admin Console button. I honestly don't know what to do now.

Have you tried to reset the page by clicking on the reload link at the bottom of the page?

Please let us know which email agent/webmail/email system you are using. (Hotmail? Outlook? Gmail? etc.)

Please post the link that you are seeing in the email here for our inspection.

We have been seeing some issues of late with links caused by overly aggressive firewalls and email protection schemes.

RogerM and other Ambassadors: Please Google "Office 365 ATP Safe Links" and "Barracuda Link Protection" so that you are up to speed on link protection schemes that are becoming more prevalent and problematic.

All good! Clicking Reload is what finally worked (I didn't even see it - it's very small and at the bottom of the page, so thank you for pointing it out).

For the record, I'm using FireFox as my browser and Yahoo Mail.
