,....so an officer can post information and receive comments about an upcoming speech he'll do in May? If so, what is the cleanest way to develop that? Thanks, as always, for your help!

There is no way do do that on a FTH website.

They can send emails to the members list.

You might be able to do this by creating a Google Form and embedding it in a custom page. I know that other clubs have done this. (but I am not entirely sure how)
