We do not delete agendas. Please check with the members who have update access to the,agendas.

We always require your club number without it we can't look at what happened.

I see agendas back to 2018/07/10 through 2019/04/16 and one for 2019/06

You will have to be specific what is missing

Our VP Ed said there were agendas for Feb thru June or July that went missing. He's probably been on there this evening creating replacements. Do you need more information? If so, I think I'd have to get our VP Ed onto the forums here.

You will need to check with the others that have update access, Secretary, Treasurer, VPED, and who ever has the site admin password.

We do not delete agendas, it has to be done by someone who have been given access.

Are there any batch operations that someone might have accidentally used that could delete multiple agendas? (I am not very familiar with all the controls myself). Thanks.

Any delete has to be done one by one typing the word DELETE each time.

Hmm. I could hazard a guess that they were corrupted in a batch edit operation (is that possible?) and still exist but cannot be shown. This is strange.

There is no such animal. If they existed someone in your club had to purposely remove them.

If any agendas have been deleted in the last 30 days, they can be restored - click on the delete icon (bin) on any agenda, then choose the "Undelete Agenda" tab.

The agendas are not showing in the undelete feature. I suppose that would suggest that either they were deleted over 30 days ago, or the agendas were never created in the first place. I've wondered whether the agendas were not properly saved in the first place (and so never successfully created), but still waiting to hear back from our VP Ed about whether that is plausible.
