who is unable to login onto the website. Please see the attached screenshot.

We've tried to reset it & she inserted the full password emailed to her. However, even that didn't work.

Could you please advise what we can do for her to get access to Quay Speakers website at quayspeakers.com.

Thank you.

I've sent her a new link. All she has to do is click on that link (any previous email links are now invalid). When the logon screen opens she can create her own password. The email doesn't contain any password, that is just a link to the site. It logs her in automatically.

If she has the same problem again, please copy the link (url) from the latest email and paste it into a message here. Delete the last few characters (about 5) so that the link won't work for anyone here if by chance it is active.

Thank you, Pam. It's all good now - she's able to log in.

Just FYI - she got the same error message as before when clicking the link from you. I asked her to send me the email from you. I tried in two browsers & got the same error message. Then someone on iPad was able to "get in", and since then it worked for April.

Thank you! Have a great weekend.

Hi Pam,

April's access worked only two days. Since then she hasn't been able to log in, again. Is there another way for her to connect with you, please? She said that she's unable to log into our club website (quayspeakers.com) as well as this website. None of the links sent to her seem to work.

Thank you,

Vladimira

I've sent another link to April. Get her to try again please. Is she using a password or does she use a link to log in every time?
Remember - she has to click the link, and then create a password which she should be able to use to log in in future.

If she has trouble, get her to check that she has cookies enabled : support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings

Thank you so much for sending the reset email again. April wasn't able to use it, again. Same error as before.

I tried clicking the link (and yes, that's how she's accessing it - by clicking the link), hoping that I can "reset" it for her and then she changes the password immediately after logging in & I had no issues accessing the link.

I am very sorry for all these emails, I am just trying to resolve one member's issue. Do you have any suggestions, please?

Thanks for your support.

Is the link breaking into 2 lines in the email April is using to link? If so are both parts displaying as part of the link?

Did she get the error message before or after you tried? If it was after you had tried, the link would have expired - it can only be used once. She can create a new email link for herself by selecting her name and leaving the password field blank, then click the "authenticate" button.

If that is not the case, please confirm that she has cookies enabled as explained in the link in my previous email. Note, this is not the same as "agreeing to the policy"
