I added a new member, but he can't login. He enters his email, which I verified with him viewing my entry in FTH. He clicks on the button, and enters nothing in the password. I'm pretty sure he has cookies enabled, but I'm asking him explicitly.
We initially had him with one login, but the email was the wrong one. So I deleted that, and made a new entry for him. Probably doing something obvious but can't sort it out. First name Mihir

Note: for some reason I didn't get notified of the latest update, which is why I responded slowly. I thought the subscribe box was checked. Thanks much.

Make sure they have their cookies setup properly. support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings
