How are the public accessing your site? I've just checked Find-A-Club and that works correctly
algester.toastmastersclubs.org/
https://algester.toastmastersclubs.org/
and
www.algester.toastmastersclubs.org/
all work when typed into the search box

The only entry I can find that doesn't work is
https://www.algester.toastmastersclubs.org/
Make sure that you don't have www on any links that you make public

Technically, using both www and algester is not correct and not really supported. (use one or the other but not both) ... We only can do a redirect to the proper URL format if you do not use the https:// This is why you see the behavior you see. The reason it works in some cases is I set up a redirect to fix an obviously faulty URL ... Using the https:// on the front end prevents my "redirect fix" from working because it looks like an "explicit URL"... the browser does not need to infer anything if you use an explicit, fully formed URL. In that case, no redirect to a correct URL will happen.
