Club # 1976054

I'm confused, which is not an entirely new situation.

This morning I began the process of adding agendas for the month of July. To my surprise the screen no longer has a selection to choose from a template. By going back to a current agenda I could see that the option to save it as a template still exists, and in fact that the template I want to use still exists.

I've attached a screen shot of the add agenda screen which shows (or rather doesn't show) the absence of the template selection.

For the record, I'm using Google Chrome on Windows 7 home 32 bit.
I've cleared cookies and cache as well.

I did now also notice an option in the CURRENT agenda to save it as a new agenda. Is that the new method?

The "Save as New Agenda" button is available on all existing agendas, and provides a workaround solution until the actual problem is resolved:

Select the dated agenda you want to use as the source for your new agenda.
Click the edit (pencil) icon
Click the "Save as New Agenda" button at a the bottom. You'll see a message saying that you have created a new agenda. The new agenda is now active.
Go to the "agenda Setup" tab to set the date for this new agenda.
Continue as usual

Thank you Pam,
I did rather trip over that new addition to save a current agenda as new and have accomplished the task I set out to do. This actually came with a bonus. The old method of adding an agenda required me to create, save and close before going on to another, and I create a month at a time. This new option of saving as a new agenda allowed me to create all agendas for a month without the need to close and start another, so it's definitely a useful feature.

One more thing before I sign off. Before I started this thread I did a search on "agenda template" and got no hits, yet later on I noticed at least 2 others on the same topic. Maybe I just don't know how to read search results before my morning coffee.

Again, thanks for you help and guidance.
