I have a member who is valid in my member list and she is trying to set her password. She clicks her name on the drop down list and puts in NO password and clicks authenticate/login. She gets the link on her iPhone and tries to input the new password, but every time, there is a link error and it doesn't let her input a new password. I have watched her do this. I had her delete the previous email and she gets the new one, clicks the new link, and it gives her the error message again. Please advise if there is some way around this.

Ask her to close any FreeToastHost club website windows that she has open before clicking the link.

Is the link showing on one line or does it wrap over two lines? If so - is the whole link active?

Is she able to set her password on a laptop or other device, and then try using the same password on her iPhone.
