Hello,
I emailing from United Public Speakers Toastmasters club #5163164. I have a member Juan Carlos Amador #0732056 who has not been able to establish his log on and password. When member opens our club page, he enters his email address and clicks authenticate ( first time user) he receives the link to complete the log-in process. However when he uses the link by copying and pasting he receives a message saying there is an error in the link you are trying to use. What can we do, he has attempted to log on several times.
Thanks,
Gary W Taylor

Do not click the link as the email application he is using is modifying the hidden link.

He will have to Copy and Paste the text link into his browser.

The member Juan Carlos attempted log-on authentication using the steps suggested. I'm sending you the message he receives when he followed the steps.
Thank you,
