Hello Technical Support,
I am really baffled by an issue. I am trying to help a new club member set up her account at FTH. However, she cannot set her password. I set her up at the ADMIN CONSOLE and then she received the welcome email. Then, she tried to enter the code. She got an error message (SEE ATTACHED). We tried two different email addresses for her and got the same error.

What could be the problem causing this error?
As the site admin, can I set a default password for her that she can change upon her first login?

I can't add my JPEG which shows the error message for this user. I get an error from this forum saying "Failed to Create Attachment Directory" Thanks! Bill

It was a duplicate with her alternate email address. We want to get "Susan" to work properly. Can you please check that one? Thanks for your help.
