Hi all! When I reply to a Contact Us email, the To: field used to look like this:
This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.; This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Suddenly it has started looking like this, with the two addresses smashed together:
sender@email.comcontactusform-xxxx@toastmastersclubs.org

I checked the source info, and it indeed says
Reply-To: sender@email.comcontactusform-xxxx@toastmastersclubs.org

Any idea what might be going on?

Kerin

Thanks for looking into it. Firefox and Outlook email on my computer, as well as on my iPhone email app. But it happened to our PR person too and she is on Gmail, We tested it about 5 times today with the same results.

Thanks! That would be great. We tested again today from various email addresses and it's still doing the same thing.

One thing I had done differently lately was I unchecked the box in the admin panel for "Check this to enable the contact-xxxx@..... email address" because we have recently been inundated with spam to contact-xxxx@, despite changing our spam settings to the strongest setting possible. When I saw this reply-to-address problem happening, I tried to check that box again and hoped that would fix it, but it did not. (So I went back and unchecked it to avoid the incessant spam.) Not sure if that detail helps, or if the two things are unrelated, but thought I'd let you know.

I'll tell my new VP PR that for the time being, she'll need to hit forward on any Contact Us messages and copy paste the recipient's address and CC me, since Reply is not currently working. Thanks so much for looking into it, I know you are busy.
