Please tweak the logic so that an agenda can be reconciled ON or after the date of the meeting, not just after the meeting. I frequently come straight home from a club meeting and, while everything is still fresh in my mind, update the agenda to reflect actual speeches, roles, and attendances. I would like to be able to also reconcile the agenda at that time. Once it goes even an additional day afterwards, I usually forget to go back and check the box to formally record reconciliation of the agenda.

Along similar lines of thought, is there a report I can run to see which agendas in the past were reconciled (or not)? I know I can manually load each agenda and tell that way, but a report would be faster and more efficient, for identifying those agendas, for which I forgot to go back and check the box to formally record reconciliation.

You *can* reconcile an agenda during the meeting. Reconciling is just an update/edit and save operation. You can do that anytime.

The only thing you cannot currently do is just mark the agenda as reconciled until the next day. The marking the agenda as reconciled has *nothing* to do with the actual actions of reconciling. Please make sure you understand this. Ideally, you would have always been reconciling agendas in the past. All I did was add a marking feature that is not available until the next day. (I will eventually address that time lag.)

If you look at the agenda selection drop-down, you can see that the agendas with the (r) after them are those that are reconciled. The reason I did it this way was to enable you to quickly see which agendas are reconciled right in the control that you would use to load the un-reconciled agendas for update.
