Hi. I am a member of the NBA Toastmasters Club in Kenya. I tried to get a freetosthost.org account for my club but the site doesn't recognize the club number; I can't move forward.

Please help.

Did you include the leading zero? If so, try leaving it off. I.e just enter 7047065.

Hey Jane! Thank you so very much for the quick response. I have tried leaving the leading zero out... no success...

What else can I try?

Sorry, that's the only thing I could think of. We'll have to wait for the more technical people to turn up.

This is an issue with WHQ's Find a Club. Our automatic lookup and approval only works for clubs that can be found via Find A Club. Yours cannot be found via Find a Club which is the issue (we do not control that)... I encourage you to look for yourself and then get in touch with WHQ about this since it will also impact the ability of potential future members to find your club via toastmasters.org I have verified that I can find other clubs correctly, so this seems specific to your club. :?

I can verify that you are a chartered club because I can look you up via dashboards.toastmasters.org:
dashboards.toastmasters.org/ClubReport.aspx?id=07047065

What I recommend that you do is to use the un-chartered club link on the website request page and just put a note in the comments box that you are actually a chartered club but your Find a Club page is non-existent. Then Brian can do the verify via the dashboards as I did and do a manual approval.

Hi! Thank you so very much for this! I appreciate it very much. The issue has been sorted; I am in the process of setting up the website as we speak.
Allow me to say how impressed I am by your responsiveness. Be blessed in everything that you do!
