I need help, pretty please. Our Secretary does not have a pencil icon to Edit Agendas (to reconcile).
Under the Access Settings tab of the Website Settings module. I designated Secretary on the following settings:

“Select Officers allowed to Access Agenda Settings & Templates”
“Select Officers Allowed to Create/Edit New Agendas”

Where have I gone wrong? Thank you in advance. :-)

Screenshot attached. {Edit: Error message on attachment attempt "Failed to create attachment directory". Multiple attempts over course of weeks have also failed to upload my Profile picture)

(Please note that I really did a thorough search on this topic, and to the best of my knowledge I have the correct settings -- but obviously not).

I logged in as Danita and I can see in the left menu

"Agenda Templates / Settings"
and
I can see the pencil icon at the top of the next agenda so she can edit.

Have her, log out, click the reload link at the bottom of your site, and log in.
