I need help, pretty please. Our Secretary does not have a pencil icon to Edit Agendas (to reconcile).
Under the Access Settings tab of the Website Settings module. I designated Secretary on the following settings: “Select Officers allowed to Access Agenda Settings & Templates” “Select Officers Allowed to Create/Edit New Agendas” Where have I gone wrong? Thank you in advance.  Screenshot attached. {Edit: Error message on attachment attempt "Failed to create attachment directory". Multiple attempts over course of weeks have also failed to upload my Profile picture) (Please note that I really did a thorough search on this topic, and to the best of my knowledge I have the correct settings -- but obviously not).
