Hi,

Have searched and have not found the steps to resolve this issue.

For a new member I put in the incorrect email address. Not able to edit in 'Membership Management'. What steps do I need to take to resolve. Member is Elanna Erhardt.

You can edit her email address (even w/ the strikethrough), save it, and then just use the drop-down to re-send the opt-in email to the updated email address.

Only noticed the icon at the far right of the entry about editing. Clicked it and nothing happened, so thought I was stuck.

Well, while we disable most functionality until the new person opts-in, there are a few (very few) things that we have to allow for situations such as this. You can also delete the person you added and re-add them. (That works also.)
