dehmann Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 5 Thank you received: 0	What are we to do when site cannot be reached? My cache is not problem and I have no problem reaching any other sites. Also what does "Failed to create attachment directory" mean. Support from FTH is a huge issue as not everyone is a techie.

If you are only here to complain about a problem that you have not given us enough information to help you resolve, we will simply lock the thread and move on to the next person.

I appreciate the response, however rude it was. Yes I was in a hurry and did not provide club number. However, I don't see that my questions and comments constituted ranting and complaining. I was simply advising what I had done on my side to troubleshoot the problem and trying to determine if there were an overall problem with the sites. In the meantime, I found the problem and yes you may lock the thread. One last suggestion, you may want to consider a conflict resolution class if you can't respond to users in a more polite manner.
