Our Area Director is attending a club meeting and taking on a role. Is there a way to add his name to our agenda, even though he is not a member of our club?

Also, in a response to a previous question I posted, someone mentioned that there are agenda templates available. Where do I access them? The only template I can see in the "Meeting agenda settings" page is the one I created.

Thanks for your help. We have just started using our Freetoasthost site and I'm loving the features, especially the agendas, email signup functions, and tracking attendance.

Unfortunately, those got deleted with a housekeeping data delete a few months ago, and we have not gotten around to re-creating them. We could use some help to get them re-created.
