One of our members has accepted to be added to our site (890.toastmastersclubs.org) but when she tries to set a password she does not receive the email. I have tried deleting her from the site and re-adding but she still has the same issue. The user is Van My Luu This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
She has looked for all/any emails from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Would be grateful for any tips for how to trouble shoot. Thanks!

comcast is accepting the email for delivery, she needs to contact comcast to find out what they are doing with her email.

She can give them this log extract to assist.
