I have a new member Zach Mims #07585524 United Public Speakers club #5163164. Zach has not been able to authenticate a password. He has received the email link to reset his password without success. I have copied the link from the email put in to a separate browser which then opens to our club page. We walk through the steps to create password and we cannot get past this point of the process. What can my new member do to gain access to our club page?

Does he get as far as pressing the save button? Can he access any of the members only menu items when he is logged in?

Make sure that he has cookies enabled. support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings

The link is only valid for a day - he'll probably have to start again

I sent the link regarding the cookies to our new member. The links were all used the same day, we made three attempts to complete this process in a 10 minute time frame. All three attempts failed.

When the member clicks the link he receives another email with the same link after making an attempt to authenticate his email.
