Is there a way to automatically generate an agenda that will pre-fill member's roles based on prior roles and current availability? Easy Speak will accomplish that, but I'm trying to migrate over to our Zenith City website for simplicity.

The site admin or VPed can assign anyone to any role in the agenda. FTH agenda can have roles that are permanently assigned via the agenda template, Roles like President and Sgt @ Arm, Greeter are often permanently assigned.

As far as auto pre-scheduling FTH does not provide any method to do except manually.

You can create as many future agendas as you want and have you members signup for roles or the Vped can manually assign.

That was pretty much what I found out after going through the options. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't overlooking something. Perhaps, it could be considered for a future programming update. Thanks!

it is not a direction FTH is considering. We would rather have members involved with the way their path and learning goes in Toastmasters.

What an interesting comment! That is exactly what I said in behalf of the website this afternoon. It allows members to sign up and take control of their own learning. The reply I received was that many members won't come or accept roles unless they are put on the schedule and feel obligated to show up. That is a whole other discussion and issue....but I agree with your observation. People who join Toastmasters should do it for their own self development, not out of guilt or obligation. Each of the officers play a part in member engagement. Those members who want to be hand held and lead through the program can still have it that way, the VPEd just assigns them out into the future as they feel is appropriate.

VP Membership should be in touch with non attending members to find the reasons and why the value they need to attend is not there.

We actually do know when the last time people did roles and the related types of information.

If you just hover your mouse over a person in the drop-downs in the dated agenda editor... look at the "mini-report" that shows up in the tool-tip. It is the same sort of information that Queasy-Speak is using to make the decisions for you.



We may provide some sort of automated approach in the future, but there would be a lot of guardrails and limits placed on it if we did that.
